What about trials speedrun category for every character? Like USFIV or Xrd
Yeah we'll probably add that in the near future but with the DLC just added in & the potential for more additions to the roster it might take a moment to get everyone listed.
Can just add characters as they become playable since they're isolated categories as far as individual characters are concerned, that's what we did for the SFV boards.
Incidentally, I remember @Tsukumo said something in a different thread about being interested in Trials as well so there's clearly enough interest here from different people to justify it's inclusion to me.
Adding new character or category variables for IL boards is a pretty simple process, I honestly can't see any good reason at all to arbitrarily hold off until the end of the year when all the DLC is released imo.

Just noticed that Story and Time Attack have now also been added to ILs but that there isn't a base difficulty mentioned in the rules, only the general game setting things.
Is this an oversight? I'm not sure how to submit to it properly in it's current form.
It specifically says "Default" in the ILs so that's all Default Settings for everything, had it that way for now just to gauge & see if there would be any actual interest for ILs.
They're the same Rules as the Usual Default Runs except Character is specific, I put the same Rules Description with it when they were added in so I'm not sure why it's not showing up other than Site error.
I meant between Any/Easy/Normal/Hard selections of the Story and Time Attack. After all there is no "default setting" for game type, just the game and system settings.
Ah well typically for many Fighters, Normal = Default/are interchangeable, Guess I'll specify just to be clear.

I'm not sure we actually need "DEFAULT" in any of these category names (IL or otherwise) tbh since it's already mentioned in the game rules and I did think it was confusing but I realise I'm nitpicking so whatever you're happy with I understand. Anyway, time to boot up and do some IL runs c:
Once you've got a feel for interest I expect Boss Rush Free Battle would be very simple to include if you wish it whereas adding more difficulties to the ILs of Story and TA would actually be tricky to do without becoming super bloated because of IL layout limitations - that's a conversation for another day though as I don't want to get ahead of myself and rock the boat. I look forward to seeing things progress!
