I'm not a Minecraft speedrunner, but I do have a question regarding the boards: what exactly is the goal of the "Any% - Time Travel" category, before I make any assumptions? To an outsider it really looks like a run that just abuses the autosplitter in Livesplit, nothing to do with fast strategies in-game, so this category has me very confused since it's being represented as the fastest any% completion of the game.
This doesn't change the autosplitter in livesplit, it's a glitch that changes the "time played" statistic itself as stored in the world files
It uses a glitch that comes with ending javaw that prevents minecraft's in game timer from updating, this allows times of 5 seconds to beat the game, and is the reason it's a seperate category, because there's no reason a glitch shouldn't be allowed in some sort of glitched category
