Klonoa with Klonoa you should focus on Agility and Attack the other stats are not really helpful in this category, a decent defense is nice though.
Guntz here you want to focus on Agility and Special so you can use Shinigami Rush and deal high damage and increase critical hit ratio

Items Eggs 10 Honey 10 Mirror Fairy 3
Equips Red/Blue/Yellow Orbs (preferably the highest ones in the game) Special Charge Boost (spam that Shinigami Rush)
Weapons Wind Sword - use this on Guntz, Pamela, Security Robot, and Joka 1 Throwing Star- use this on all bosses after Joka 1
