What a day! No-savescam-Tinfist-defeat in 13 minutes. Time can be improved with better execution but not much. Strategy is beautiful and consistent enough. The only random moment is getting assassin’s rugs in the shop. Works like 60% of the time.
I liked Indextic's way of training assassination with powerful opponents. I was choosing between Savant and Crab Queen. Crab Queen is far but Crab Armour has x0.2 multiplier to assassination, which makes training faster.
I chose Savant. You gain ~77 assassination skill with Savant-training. + assassin’s rugs give 40-50% chance to KO Tinfist. Ninja’s rugs won’t do - only 2%.
The biggest challenge is not to KO Tinfist, but run away from antislavers gang after. A lot of them run at 30mph speed. So I decided to “recycle” Tinfist right there. Peeler takes 2 min to unalive him while running to Brink - 3 min. Dunno what is better because setting up a peeler takes time.
Joining antislavers gives 2 advantages:
- Tinfist doesn’t stare at you constantly, so you can sneak up
- You get the “Pick up” interaction with Tinfist (not sure about that)
I got to see why 2 matters only on the last run. I found this randomly. If you pause game after KOing Tinfist but before he is on the ground you will get “Pick up” option instead of “Kidnap”. And it seems that “Pick up” action doesn’t trigger alarm. To be tested in the future.
