Few notes before starting
Made by Perigon in 2021, and updated for 2023 new strats by Speed.
You will not be able to learn this route to the most optimal extent by just reading this written guide. This is just intended to give a word description of some skips / strats that you'll get stuck on. Your method of learning this should be 90% watching world record level runs and trying to imitate those, only looking at this guide when you get stuck.

Eggs and Bacon
Right after you pull the lever to start the run, hold your hand next to the pedestal around where the stove dial is. It will help gain maybe half a second, so it isn't necessary. Turn the stove dial up to full. Grab the top left freezer door with your left hand and the bottom right fridge door with your right then grab one egg and a piece of bacon. Throw them both on to the stove and grab the kettle and a cup. Turn the tap all the way and splash the cup under the stream. Place the cup on the counter, put the kettle under the stream, and grab the task. Place the egg and bacon on the plate, ring the bell, and simultaneously place the kettle on the stove and switch to blender.
Smoothie
While the blender is opening up, drop two fruit in, grab the mug from behind you, and blend + pour it in to the mug. Switch the fridge to the cupboard and switch the blender to sink. Pull the task and place the mug on the plate. Quickly grab a teabag from the cupboard and ring the bell.
Tea and Crumpets
As soon as you ring the bell, place the teabag in the cup, splash the kettle under water (keep the water running), then put two crumpets on the stove. Put the tea cup on the plate, then splash two cups under the water and place them on the counter. Put the two crumpets on the plate and ring the bell.
Soup
As soon as you ring the bell, pick the kettle up, switch the stove to pot, and grab a piece of bread. Drop the kettle and bread in the pot as soon as its visible, and place one of the water on the plate. Switch the sink to the sandwich maker and place the soup on the plate as soon as its done. Ring the bell. (If you hear JobBott say "mmm. Just like MomBot used to make!" You did this correctly)
Sandwich
Grab two fruit and two bread and make a sandwich with them. Place it on the plate with the water cup when it comes. Ring the bell and pull the task. (If you hear JobBot say "I'm trying to cut down on gluten but that looks very sandwich." You did this correctly.)
Vintage Steak and Wine
Switch the pot to grill, turn it up to full, switch sandwich to blender, and grab wine out of the cupboard. Pour wine into the mug until it is half full and place the wine bottle somewhere safe. Grab the steak and place it on the grill. While the steak is cooking, switch the cupboard to the fridge and grab four cheese out of the fridge. Grab a tomato out and put it in the blender. If you have time, place 1-3 bread under the blender output. When the steak is nearly done, start pouring more wine in to the cup and put the steak on the plate when its done. Ring the bell, blend the tomato and pour it out onto the three bread, pull the task as soon as you're able to.
Pizza Party, Timmy's Pizza
As quickly as you can, make three pizzas using the cheese and bread with tomato sauce you got out and blended last task. Place the first one on the plate, place the second one on the grill, and when the third one is cooking, grab an apple and another piece of bread. Send out the first piece of bread when you hear JobBot say "toppings." Immediately switch to blender and blend the apple after you send out that pizza. Pour it onto the last piece of bread, and send it out with the second slide of pizza and a piece of cheese. You will be immediately able to pull the fax, so do it ASAP!
Proposal Sandwich
Immediately grab the last slice of pizza, place it on the plate, and simultaneously switch to microwave. Set up the microwave glitch. Switch to sandwich, make one ring sandwich, and dupe the ring twice by making a "sandwich" and then taking the olive off of it twice. After you've done that, make sure you have one made sandwich placed on the plate with the pizza. Set the two unmade duped rings off to the side (make them into sandwiches later) while simultaneously switching to microwave. Turn on the microwave just before the bot says "could you burn it for me?" And the rest is self explanatory: just instacook the disc, put it into the music player, press the play button, and then send out the ring and pizza.
Proposal Sandwich Part 2
Phew, you're now out of the hardest part of the run. Switch back to sandwich and make the 2 unmade rings into sandwiches. Place one on the plate, and place another off to the side. Switch to microwave, make a cake, and then send it out with the ring you just placed on the plate. Sometime before the next task, switch the microwave to sink and put two books on the soap dispenser. Turn the sink on full and wait for the task. Pull it as soon as you're able to, wait a second or two, and put the third ring on the plate. If a bell appears, you did this correctly.
Dishes
Just before the bot finishes its dialogue, take the ring off the plate and set it somewhere well out of the way. Grab two plates and put one under the water and soap, and one on top of that one. When the one on top is clean, put it back in the rack and grab a third dish. Lift the bottom second one up so you can put a third dish under that one while the second dish is washing, when the second one is clean, grab the fourth one and repeat the process one more time. Grab the ticket once you're able to.
Inspection
Switch the sink to blender and blend the biggest and smallest fruit using both of your hands, then blend the medium fruit. Immediately throw something at the sprinkler and rapid fire smash the bugs with the books you used for the soap dispenser in the last task. Pull the ticket once you're able to.
TV Bot
Hold the blending lever on and place the pill in when he gives it to you. Immediately switch to microwave when its blended and use the microwave glitch to microwave the flavor packet. Take it out when it is done, and go back to the blender. While it's switching, take exactly 2 bites out of it, and pour the protein liquid for a couple seconds, and then eat the last bite. Pull the ticket once you're able to.
Rare Turbo Ghost Death Nova Pepper
Grab 2 hot sauces out of the cupboard and make sure the stove is on high. Place the pepper on the grill and pour the hot sauces until the first green bar is complete. Wave the pepper in his face until he grabs it. Grab a ticket once you're able to.
Special
Remember that ring from earlier that you set to the side? Put it back on the plate, and send it out with a piece of bread. Send out two more pieces of bread as the specials, and leave a fourth piece of bread on the plate for later. (DO NOT SEND THIS OUT, JUST PUT IT ON THE PLATE!!!!!) Grab a ticket once you're able to.
That Bot Is On FIIIIIIIIIIIIIIRRRRRRRRRRRRRRREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
Grab the fire extinguisher. Hold the fire extinguisher blast towards the poster in the back of the room (in the bot's path). Put out the last fires and throw the fire extinguisher away. Grab a ticket once you're able to.
Chefbot Ramsay
Grab 6 meatballs from the refrigerator, and cook them. Once they're done, put them on the plate with the bread from earlier. Then, turn the grill off and put 6 meatballs on the grill. Once all 6 are on there, turn on the grill. After they're all are cooked, ring the bell. Get rid of the meatballs on the grill currently, turn off the grill again, and place a piece of bread on it. Instants before you hear "get to cooking!" Turn on the grill fully. Once you hear "that's so overdone it could be a meme" put the bread on the plate and serve it. Timer ends when you ring the bell.
