Will there be an all skull category, will there be an Individual level category with skulls, no skulls, and 100 percent (all bonus objectives essentially) for skulls and no skulls, will there be co o.o individual levels.

I don't want to dilute the runs across multiple categories while we don't have any of the main game runs completed yet. If the game becomes more popular and more people want some other categories, then I would consider creating them.
