directly from game rules: "Timer starts when you assume control of Pac-Man and/or Ms. Pac-Man" i guess the first frame you can see movement in pacman basicaly
tipical mistake, be sure to check game rules as well as category rules :)

New highscore system
The another score system was a mess so i reworked it. Now its gonna be like this:
1000 points = 001ms 10,000 points = 010ms 100,000 points = 100ms
