So I was just casually looking around if this exists, and turns out it doesn't. 😥
##TLDR: Project zomboid is an isometric zombie apocalypse survival sandbox, and like Minecraft, you can craft stuff, and fight zombies to survive. Also, death is inevitable.
Steam: https://store.steampowered.com/app/108600/Project_Zomboid
Since this was one of the games I've been watching, and it was trending, and some of the creators are entertaining, like Pr1vateLime, Nurse, Etc. they make scenario stories/self challenges in the world of zomboid, and act it out, or fail trying.
Now back to the speedrunning part, people post this stuff on Reddit and YouTube: My world record attempt at a PZ Bleach Speedrun : projectzomboid
Where they, the player, spawns in to the world and tries to find bleach from a house or anywhere, (worldspawn RNG) and drink it as fast as they can, while trying not to get killed by zombies. ⚰🧟♂️
This is basically similar to some Minecraft speedruns.
This game has recently been increasing in popularity since multiplayer came out.
so I wonder why isn't this sort of official yet?
You can't link colons : You can request game though support hub, make sure to read the rules first Also I have found other threads where people have requested this game but have been rejected because "We are not accepting speedruns from endless games with arbitrary goals" but you should request again https://www.speedrun.com/post/yu51d https://www.speedrun.com/post/cuazk

Thank you so much for replying here, also I didn't know about the colons " : " 🤔 I swear speedrun forum formatting is really iffy for me. 😅 oh well. 🤷♂️
I'll see what can come out of requesting, as Minecraft, too, is technically endless. 😕(except, for the "end dragon, and end credits" part)
Thanks again. 👍
The game shouldn't be rejected for being endless since there are already endless games (like 7 days to die) on speedrun.com.
Existing games on the site don't establish precedent. The game request rules have changed a lot over the years, and game requests have always been considered on a case-by-case basis.
Anyway, this thread is from like a year and a half ago, I'm not really sure how you stumbled upon it.
