Thanks to the overlap-refreshment mechanism, I can use the same link to update multiple runs on Bilibili. However, it is repeatedly reported from speedrun moderators that new clips can not be found anywhere on the website.
But I can see all the clips as soon as the Bilibili moderators pass my video (I always claim records after I have passed bilibili moderation...but, strange!).
Should I claim record after a significant delay (for example, 1 or 2 days), or use a new link each time I submit a clip?

I have been able to see the videos fine, but I have only watched them after Cytruss. Maybe the videos take a few hours to become available, but don't worry about waiting before submitting, because if I know this is a problem, I can wait some time before rejecting the run if I can't find the video.
