Hi, I think it all depends on what you want. My friends met their partners online and it really works if you are serious about it.

I think it's more of a game. Often people just want to socialize or get attention. Although, I agree, there are exceptions.

I think everything is individual. Online dating can be a good start, but it's important to meet in person to get to know someone for real.
