How do you guys plan on handling changes in game design affecting past runs? For example I imagine the chaser changes today are probably going to slow the fight down to some degree, so if for example fights now took longer would you invalidate past runs that now have impossibly fast fights? Also I imagine the route used in the new world record to skip bounders is probably getting patched at some point considering the amount of barriers around the area that you have to sneak around at the moment, would that get that record changed if it were made impossible?
Gonna change it rn. Chaser takes about 9 or 8 minutes to kill now on average, meaning that past runs are invalidated. Unless they change chaser to be faster in the future, it looks like I will have to archive all runs that currently involve chaser. Also, they totally patched that bounder skip I used as well. ;-;
