Would starting a fresh run and making use of the VH cards fall under Any% or geared?

So lets say I'm starting a new run but I previously farmed under the profile since keys for Diamond room, and keys for both Vault cards are shared among all VH's we make. Whats to stop us from abusing the vault hunter card keys and or diamond room keys to cut down on any need to farm and then further accelerate the speed run?

Which I guess is leading up to the second question should there be a "Any%+Keys" Catagory? Or would this fall under running Any% with DLC? Asking before I dive off the deep end with a speed run I'm more than happy to clarify this further if it sounds too confusing.

Using keys is against the rules because a ) you can just edit your profile to give yourself infinite keys anyway and b ) all the time you spent farming would count for an any% run if you used a key in the run. Much easier to just not use the keys and have a rule forbidding it.
