I really wanna share this game with the world and show it some love! Since it's an older game you won't find it on Steam, and if you just search 'buy Stand O' Food' you'll get a bunch of different results.

First things first, this speedrun category is only valid for one version of the game - the original PC version. There's many other Stand O' Food games and while they're mostly the same, only this one works for this category.

Oddly enough, trying to get this game reliably through conventional means is next to impossible at the moment.

I tried to purchase it digitally through its publisher, Masque Games, but the copy I received did not have proper licensing. According to their customer support, they do not sell the DRM codes necessary to activate copies of their game.

You might have some luck finding a physical copy in some bargain bin somewhere, but I wouldn't hold my breath.

At this point, the most reliable place to get this game is on The Internet Archive.

For legal purposes, I'd suggest purchasing a copy of this game on Masque's website and then downloading a functional copy from The Internet Archive.
