i know a similar question was asked a while ago, but now there is an emulator category for the full game but not for individual levels. im wondering if its allowed to use an emulator for the levels and not just the full game

Taken straight from the game rules: "Playing on an emulator is banned for all categories excluding Any% Emulator." This would I imagine apply to ILs as well.

Emulator is now allowed for all categories, including individual levels
