it would be nice to have a category dedicated for 100% the game on the hardest difficulty and see how players beat the game when there at risk of getting 1 shot by any monster. For the settings set the game difficulty to nightmare and allow infected masses to spawn and leave everything else on default (Infected masses adds an extra obstacle to avoid and makes research easier to do when needing the scan especially if you play an older version)
Do you have intent to run the category? I haven't heard any interest expressed until now, and with the new patch the way it is, we maybe get one or two new runs a week.
i feel like having a category for the most difficult way to run the game makes sense, but i dont think just putting it on nightmare and calling it a day is the move
Nightmare and enemy frequency 8 is a pretty fun run, not for the faint of heart, but a challenge run that I could see being interesting to run. I'd also be interested in running Nightmare with or without enemy frequency 8.
