Nowa & Seign is set up at low level to have quick duel losses.
All the setup here is possible to achieve under normal gameplay (with no debug menu or cheat engine). It's possible to set up a low-level Seign by using the NG+ Level 1 Reset feature.
Note: If the game automatically replaces the save files with your old saves, you might need to turn off Steam Cloud, or use Offline Mode on Steam.
As there are differences in game speed with higher FPS settings, this leaderboard requires 60 FPS settings for all PC runs. In-game FPS counter needs to be shown as well, which can easily be done with Steam.
For monitors with >60Hz refresh rate, the refresh rate can be modified in Windows settings
