Category re-organization & New Misc. category

The organization of categories is renewed. Now all category (except 30,000) is set based on the official TOTAL FLARE SKILL titles.

- NEPTUNE (60,000)
- URANUS (45,000)

- EARTH (10,000)
- Miscellaneous categories
- WORLD (90,000)
- MERCURY+ (3,000)
The "MERCURY+" category is a new misc. category, that does not require the new account and could be complete in 1 credit.
Subcategory re-organization
In order to resolve the issue of vast combinations of subcategories, I reorganized the subcategories.
"VERSION CATEGORY" and "CHARTS SCOPE" are changed from subcategories into annotation variables. The values do not obsolete each other; if one runner submits multiple run to same category with diffe
