It’s easy to see which boosts someone is using in a submission, I think we should ban head start boosts, it makes all the scores under the minimum you get with a headstart boost pointless, and I just found out you can buy coins which means someone that is really bad at the game can get a decently high score and overtake some on the leaderboard by doing nothing

I think it wouldn't be bad to prohibit using the boost you are talking about in the rules. Just like you said, it makes scores that were achieved without it look like hmm... maybe not pointless, but not significant, since by using that boost you can basically start your run with having a score way higher than "0 points".

I would suggest prohibiting it for all runs submitted after the rules (after adding the fragment not allowing to use the headstart boost in the run). It will be fair for everyone, both new players on the leaderboard and those who had already submitted their runs in the past, sometimes even several years ago.

Other bonuses should be allowed, though. No need to split the category for "No boosts" and "Unrestricted" as well, because other bonuses don't make that much of a difference, even though they are indeed helpful.
