A modded version of the HotkeyHandler plugin for RTSS that doubles the number of available "profile modifiers". This means that you can have up to 8 fps binds after you install it.
Installation instructions: Stop Rivatuner if it's running. Download the file from this post (rename it back to HotkeyHandler.dll) and place it in your <RTTS install directory>\Plugins\Client (probably C:\Program Files\Rivatuner Statistics Server\Plugins\Client). You can also backup the old HotkeyHandler.dll in case this doesn't work for some reason. Start Rivatuner and in Setup->Plugins->HotkeyHandler.dll you should now have 8 profiles.
If you want 16 hotkeys, rename the file to HotkeyHandler1.dll and copy it into the folder (you'll have 2 copies of a plugin in folder and in the Plugins menu). This can be useful if you want to duplicate all binds to Shift+<Hotkey> (so you can hold Shift and still use FPS hotkeys) -- duplicating plugins doesn't seem to work
If you update Rivatuner, you'll most likely have to replace .dll file again.
