I'm not telling anyone they mustn't run this game but I'm telling everyone they should really show their Task Managers to avoid 99% of suspicion.
mattmatt is legit, he has been around for a while and runs a lot of different stuff. It's no surprise he'd take interest in the category after a large skip was found, he changes games a lot.

Btw you can fake task manager by just recording a video of it while SA is running and then editing it into your cheated PB. Yep sure proves shit. :)

Absolute bullshit. I could make a copy of Cheat Engine that is called "McAfee AntiVirus" and run it as that. Wouldn't show up as Cheat Engine in my task manager.
Plus, how do you rule out mods in the game that nobody notices? Something that immediately sets the MS value to the desired one you need? Can't easily spot that either.

It was only supposed to be so I didn't accidentally leave Cheat Engine open myself; it shouldn't be a rule, it's not an effective solution and previous runs with exactly the same possibility for cheating didn't have them.
I'll stop doing it so hopefully this doesn't continue. I fully expect "Josh is cheating :O" comments for the next month but it'll be worth it.
The GTA:SA community has been deteriorating over a long period of time. Many top runners are not currently present on the leaderboard. This issue has not been seriously addressed yet, but an attempt will be made to remedy it now.
