How to get 48

basic mechanics:
1. you can start charging your next shot right after you release ur charge (spacebar or mouse). in fact you have to use this every shot, meaning the tap to charge, tap to release controls are not viable
2. hit the rim on ~50% of your shots for time save
3. free throws can be thrown before the pickup animation. throw 6 free throws using this method

(personal method) use visual indicators to get consistent timing. you may just trust your timing or use some other indicator
1. free throws past the first can be released when the left side of the ball rolling in passes the 3 point line
2. throw when ball passes about 1/4th of the green sliding thing
3. ball leaves hand when ball hits left edge of green slider
4. release after ball hits left edge of green slider, bounces, then stops moving
5. pretty much just charge this the whole time, game will cut you off

Some tips i got from 48 HS speedrun

I analyzed the video from the top score and this is what I got:
1. Times that the player moves back and what release to do from these moves: At the first starting position you can lightly tap the space bar and it should go in, at the second position the ball need to be within the first ms of it being red for a good release so dont hold it for too long, at the third you can hold it for what I assume is a second to 1.5 seconds so that range should be good, and for the fourth about 1.5 to 2 should be fine and the same for the next, maybe a little longer
2. Time Milestones: This is for what the WR holder's score was at when the clock reached certain numbers (Imma do it in 3s) 
21 seconds: 4 points
18 seconds: 10 points
15 seconds: 14 points
12 seconds: 18 points
9 seconds: 24 points
6 seconds: 30 points
3 seconds: 36 points
so yeah, you have to be pretty quick
