Please watch this movie, especially 1:07~

I found a RTA movie in "niconico douga" in Japan. As you know, this player gets 1.5~2 times damage against the enemies on the focus attack "殺". How can we do this? I tried various methods, but I could not do this.

If you have any information, please advise me.
