Hello all. I have made some minor changes to the exorcism rules to make runs feel smoother and more fun.
1.) If the ghost type's exorcism step happens to overlap with uncollected evidence (such as EMF 5 and a poltergeist) and the exorcism is completed early, the run is still valid.
2.) Writing/Drawing now has alternate ways to collect the evidence. For writing, finding a pentagram is all that is required. For drawing, if it is known that the ghost has writing/drawing by using the MEL and a pentagram is not found, it can be assumed that the evidence is drawing. You do not need to determine if the writing/drawing is on a surface or in the book.
3.) As with writing, finding a totem is all that is required for radio evidence.
In addition, a new 'small maps' category has been added to the full-game leaderboard.
Hello everyone. I've been absent from speedrunning and this game for a bit, but I'm back now and hopefully I will be able to verify runs faster.

The timing for runs has changed. Runs are now timed based on the in-game timer on the main hub board after each mission (somehow, I never noticed it)

Added Circus D'Hell Arte and Abandoned Farm to the ILs

Added a new all maps category for the 2 new maps and archived the old all maps category under misc.

Added the Clown to the entity variable and an option for multiple entities.

Added the Multi-Entity contract type. (For now there will not be separate categories for other contract types that have a chance for multiple entities)

Removed unnecessary categories such as the empty [ALT] archive.
Hello all. Due to the new '2.0' update to Ghost Exorcism Inc., the leaderboards have been reworked yet again. Here's a list of all the changes:

Added "Harmony" Kindergarten to the ILs.

Added a new 'Starting Maps' category to the full game that involves completing the three maps that the player begins with (those that do not have to be purchased - Lost House, Cemetery of the Last Rest, and Family Home).

Added a contract length subcategory for quick and full contracts.

Replaced the difficulty subcategory with contract type, which includes all of the contract types currently available (Normal, Rescue, Hard, Exorcist).

Removed the [ALT] categories due to the addition of the exorcist contract type.

Fixed 6 players not being available on ILs.

Added an entity variable to the ILs to track what entity was encountered during the run. This is NOT a subcategory and is just for fun. (All older runs will default to the Shadow).

All previous runs have been archived under the 8.18+ category. Due to the new contract type subcategory, previous runs are now all archived under one archive difficulty subcategory. Any [ALT] runs can be found under the associated archive subcategory as well. For convenience, all previous runs have been automatically added to the 'quick' contract length. (TLDR: To see old runs, go to 'Archive Difficulty', 'Quick', and '8.18+' with the given category)
