I was told for lower runs video is not required. I am a newer speed runner and this is only my 2nd run so I will have video later on in newer runs, but wanted to submit my first time.
Proof Standards Changes
In the past, runs below a certain threshold could be submitted without video. Now, this system has been removed. All runs require video proof from now on.
