okay, I am curious because I personally don't have a capture card so in the case I do run this game, would I have to put my run under "non-intentional" since my body wouldn't be in the frame (even if I do run the game as intended)?

As long as you can in some way prove that you're using the balance board in the intended way, then you can submit under Intentional. Everything else falls under Not Intentional.
