There were multiple attempts made while recording.  The successful attempt starts at approximately the 2:21 mark of the video.  The game and championship tournament settings are shown at the beginning of the video prior to the first attempt.  The game settings are shown again at the end of the video after the credits finish.

Additional Notes:

• SUB-SIX MINUTES (RTA) FINALLY ACHIEVED!!!  My heart felt like it was on the verge of bursting right out of my chest by the start of the final match, so it is undoubtedly a massive relief to have finally taken this record below six minutes.  Of course, the grizzled speedrunner in me acknowledges the fact that I likely would have finished with a high 5:4X time had I successfully applied the final grapple on Stevie Ray with my initial attempt.  Fortunately, I was still able to engage my back-up grapple strat to secure the final victory in under six minutes.  The entry into 5:4X country will simply have to wait for another day.

• My microphone was muted during this recording session to avoid potential DMCA entanglements, as I had YouTube streaming in the background.
