I did a run, got 2h43 min. The important thing is all the turtles players from all the franchise can be in one leaderboard with this category.

About the swaps the time you need to change your game, that is all. In my case I took longer to put game 4. But no problem.

What is the back up strat for Whirpool and Waterfall?

The other day I used a Poliwag, sounds pretty fast to get it. But for those that no manipulate the master ball, what is your strat?

What could be faster Great Balls to Gyarados or go for Poliwag? Hope somebody can help me and teach me the most commnon back up method. Thanks for the support.

So I saw the WR holder to beat it with a Vaus controller, that not all people has. And I think another runner also beat it with the Vaus controller. For that crazy speed for the balls.

So if a person trys with a normal NES controller, he won't have a chance? Is impossible to beat this game with a normal controller?

I have seen there are some controversial things in this game, so I think this is good for a topic, so no controversial stuff in this category:

Rules: 1.- Random Start Button 2.- No continues 3.- No Donatello 4.- No Subweapons 5.- No Pizzas 6.- No Turtle power 7.- Glitchless.

I think those are the most controversial stuff in this game. It sounds fair right? So with that everybody will be pleased. If anybody wants to play the extended categories, feel free to contac Shadowman/Rot Ta for any questions, and you can see his impressive leaderboards. That's all.

Sorry guys, but I was to distracted by this topic. And I think is better it came this time and not later.

I think the Japanese game is not exactly exactly the same game:

• Shortest cut scenes
• No Ultra credits (so it can be slightly different the Caves manipulation)
• Different enemy spawns (Giant Frog as the first sub boss)

And I heard in the past if Pekerwood or Skunky gets defeated by a a Japanese version they won't be happy. Right now is no problem for them, but in that case they are gonna say something.

So right now I am the only with this, because the 6th place, the one behind me has a Japanese version. And I think is not totally fair because of the seconds he can save in the cut scenes.

So I think let's once and for all decide if Japanese no problem and will stay the same. If we decide this right now, and somebody takes the WR with a Japanese version, it won't change the result, he will deserve his 1st place, because we are deciding right now.

But if we decide Japanese version to it's own category, that should stay like that.

Turtles II has his own japanese category, and I think other NES games like NInja Gaidens, etc.

So this is nothing personal. But if the new moderators now are more exact with the frame count, good videos, retiming, etc. I think it is fair so we talk about the Japanese version.

In conclusion, if right now we decide no problem. If somebody in the future gets WR with Japanese there will be no controversy, because if right now is not a problem or a issue because it doesn't affect the WR holders, why he have to wait until the WR's holders get affected.

So please send help to conclude this topic that has been mention in the past once and for all. Is nothing personal against no person, and please decide the most mature and fair conclusdion about this topic.

I want to ask for some help to the masters of this game Lack and Card, because I don't know how to execute the High jump but that in the air you change direction to the opposite side.

This jump is made a lot by Lack and Card. Sorry for don't knowing the mechanics of this jump. I think I am used to all the gameplay of this game except for that jump that I called "Nescard jump".

That is my only important question of this game, to don't spam with any other topic in this game.

This is the best way for participate in events like Best of NEs/GDQ and also if you are in a race like Big10/NEscathlon.

Start: Gain control of the turtle You need to get stuck in the game, or the game be frozen. That you can not do anything else. End: When you accomplish the soflock.

I got a 2nd place, just to be done with this category, if I have time some time, maybe I could try to lower it. But for the moment just to accomplish the goal:

So this are the unofficial categorys so far: 1.- All pizzas category 2.- All holes category 3.- High score category 4.- All bosses category 5.- Only Leonardo category 6.- Only Raphael category 7.- Only Michealangelo category 8.- Only Donatello category 9.- Low% Category (No Donatello, no subweapons) 10.- Raphael Low%

So my question is: Will it exist a third official category in the future? or it won't happen ever? because some of you could say no thanks? I have no problem for those category to be as unnoficial in the forum, they are fine, but I just have this question if it will be a third official in leaderboards or it won't happen ever.

So my vote goes to: Raph low%. Because if somebody beat it, I think he deserves his official leaderboard WR. (For example McFly got his low%, and he got his official WR even if he is the only human in the world that can beat that category, is like a reward for his effort I think).

I will say other could be High Score Category, but Shadow Man told me is lame to have official categorys just for one player. Even this category has his merit I believe.

So each people answer 2 main things please: 1.- It will be a third official category or it will never happen? 2.- Of the 10 proposed categorys, for which category you vote? (only one vote for person).

Hi everybody, I think maybe this is the only category it remains or is left for this game. I think this could be a really really great challenge. And what is speedrunning about? abour challenge right? I think it could be fun to try to beat the game in this Hard category, what do you think? Sounds impossible, don't even try?, but I know you guys are great and can beat the game in this category. Well I will try it as soon as I can, and maybe to get my run to put here in the forum, with the PB.
