Hello ! some of you might know me from the elderscrolls speedrun discord, i made a few days ago a new speedrun based on restriction that do not exist anywhere else (skills at level 0, 0 kill, no mission skip)

I need to know some things about some "gliches" and other advices to submit a good run that would deserve it's own category

Who shall i ask better than you guys.

using the command console when fading in after a loading to avoid enemies from entering while not being able to move is considered glitch use ?

Does the run have to be in legendary difficulty ?

would getting an extra shout because it might be impossible to beat the game glitchless because getting the scroll containing the exact same spell as the shout is heavily unlikely ,still be considered low % ?

Should lydia be allowed ?
