Hello, I am currently running a game that only has 2 submissions to it. I'm close to beating the 2nd place submission.

My question is:

Can I submit my run and take 3rd place or do I need to beat the 2nd (or 1st) place run in order to submit?

ALSO

Can I use an emulator or do I need to use the original system? (NES)
