No, it's just windows defender thinks that bxt is a virus. Either add bxt to exceptions or disable windows defender

If you switch weapons right after you blow up the satchel that happens. To fix it hold the satchel for 20 seconds and it will return back to normal But just don't switch too quickly wait for satchel animation to end

Well if you extract your mod file to "d:/speedrun/half-life" and launch half life won go to change game and a list will appear with mods and games available. Make sure you don't extract ur file to steam's half life instead of your speedrun package's half life.

Open WON ver. and change game I guess? But you have to extract mod files to where your bxt is (goldscr package/half life)

bind <key> "map t0a0;bxt_hud_timer 1;bxt_timer_reset;bxt_timer_start;bxt_autorecord run" should work fine i dont know what is your "skill 1" command does

demos are naming as ''run_1, run_2 run_3'' etc. try pb_1 or run_1 every save/load you do, it creates another dem. file. so game makes run_1 run_2 run_3 run_4 run_5....
