The animation will always play after a few seconds on select vents.
okay well this thread is nearly 4 years old but did you actually read the description:
"As for versions, so far this is confirmed as working on NTSC Emulator (works 99% of the time), NTSC PS2 (some places and camera angles). I couldn't do it on PAL PS2 and XBOX (lower framerate means less game lag I guess, and XBOX has barely any lag),"
how can anyone be mod if the game isn't even out yet amirite
No, segmented runs are not allowed on the leaderboard. All runs must be single-segmented (exceptions to segmenting include Flowey closing your game and other stuff like the game being killed by the end-of-genocide character).
It's just some random disc-reading error and it's very hard to do consistently (if at all, but I did get it on emulator once so there's no physical stuff to it)
Loxu, you haven't pb'd in 5 months because you haven't ¤played¤ in 5 months.
I mean, it's pretty obvious......
@KillMTT The thing with that is that verifying if a mod is legit (specially if it's a custom mod) would take an INSANE amount of time. How do you know this is an audio cue? You don't. Not until you see that part of the run 500 times. Same for sprite mods. How do you know the runner isn't using this seemingly useless pixel to their advantage?
Mods in general: You're changing the original game... no thanks.
Sprite mods: Visual cues. Ban for safety. Text mods: Possible unfair time gain. Music mods: Audio cues, possible lag reduction (stick snap lag).
So no in my opinion.
Sprites aren't cut off to match hitboxes. Sprites have a little padding (used in 3D texturing). A 16x16 sprite might look 18x18 in the game data, although it will still appear 16x16 in-game since the remaining pixels are padding.
