In Individual World categories, timing starts when the first frame of the loading screen appears for that world. The time in the video is a 31:23 for timing in an All Worlds run, but adjusted to the timing for the Individual World, the time is a 31:48.

hey speedrunfan2022. we allow for the dolphin emulator due to its extreme accuracy in emulating many aspects of the game. specifically, dolphin emulator is allowed due to how accurately it emulates load times compared to a gamecube or a wii. as great as PCSX2 is (also a ps2 fan here), it unfortunately does not accurately emulate load times. due to this issue, we are not able to accept runs used on the PCSX2 emulator. sorry for this inconvenience.
The mod team will discuss this and consider adding them in the future
upon further research, the trick was discovered to be xbox360 exclusive. due to this, we believe that the trick is a quirk of og xbox emulation on xbox 360 and thus the trick was made illegal for speedruns and no runs have been done with it.

if you could dm me some stuff on how it greatly changes the run and whatnot, i'll look into making subcats or a variable for 1p2c. however as of right now, i know not much of how it effects the run.

Any difficulty is allowed to be ran on, however boards are not split by difficulty. It is advised to run on Easy as that is most likely the fastest difficulty however the option is up to the runner.
