Besides the cutscenes and multiplayer, i noticed that there are slight changes in some levels, like in level 3, where the y position of one of the mountains is changed, making some jumps near impossible. That's why the original is still a better version to play regularly or to speedrun when compared to the DC.

There's a platform in Stage 4 that should be required to reach a trampoline, but it doesn't even have collision, meaning the only way to get to the other side requires the use of an exploit. The same can be applied to other jumps in that stage, that require the player to "hug" the beanstalk to reach certain platforms. I haven't found a way to beat that level without using any major bugs.

The previous thread in this forum already pointed out that the load times are inconsistent at best, and every version of the game lacks the ability to go back to the menu or select a specific level, meaning you have to constantly close and open the game just to get another shot at a run.

That's specially a problem with the director's cut, that has a 30 second cutscene in the beginning.

My computer, for some reason, really slows down when initially loading a level, meaning that doing tricks like the 'copter is 100% harder. By letting players count the timer from the moment they gain control, it would make for a much better experience (not that the base game is a good one, anyway).

I'd really want to speedrun this game, however the poor performance (specifically loading times) and the category rules are huge roadblocks.
