Is there anyway to fix the Crash 1 104% glitch? I’m on Nintendo Switch.

When you get the pickaxe for Quartz marker it never goes back to its original spot. And the wall also stays broken. Even if you delete Quartz marker the pickaxe is still gone. Are you allowed to obtain the marker without collecting the pickaxe and breaking the wall?

Do all runs require video proof?
