Although pororo and I had runs that began somewhat after the fade in but were still permitted to move throughout the fade in, the timing rules are repeatably changing. I believe the timing is good right now at this time for new runners to run the game at the same pace as the runs on top. I believe it is safe to assume that the timing rules should be kept the same for the future runs. Pororo and my chapter 1 "fragmented reality runs" would probably need to get rejected for moving during the fade in.

But I don't know that's my opinion

The game used to have only a few stages till industry but they added new stages which they added new worlds so the wr would be basically impossible
