There really aren't any rules stating that you can't customize your avatar in a certain way. So I assume it's allowed.

Imagine buying a 60$ game, beating it casually, and then let it rot in your steam library and never playing it again. The least you can do at that point is to speedrun it.

That depends on the rules of the game you're running. From what I know, there currently isn't a 100% accurate emulator for the OG Xbox so most games don't allow emulator runs.

You can message people on roblox if you're friends with them on the platform. And yes, the messaging system on roblox is pretty much useless with all the censoring of words.
