i may be wrong, but im pretty sure it loads the entire game at the start

You can gain height very slowly if you dont move and beat level 1 and maybe level 2 like that, which would technically be legal since time starts when you move, but its also really dumb

Time starts the frame the character moves and time ends when character sees world complete in world runs. In 49 levels, it's when you touch the crown and it starts moving.
