Yep he got falsely banned for cheating. He look at the runs for 20 seconds ( the vod of his stream is still on his channel ) and said he was cheated. When we compare both runs its litteraly at the same speed ( at one point, he is even faster by one frame than the "cheated" run). He is a big streamer with a community, he can just say bs and it will go through. When we try to discuss the matter with him, he keep threatening us. He got banned 1 days after NGC submitted a ticket meanwhile me and other friends keep submitting support tickets but the staff seems do not care.
Right Click - Edit Splits - Click on Settings where its Written "Autosplitter by Kuno" and untick reset
Outdated doesnt mean that you cant use it to learn the basics of the run, then after you add new strats by watching the WR of it

I tryed both of ur method for downgrading. They doesnt work at all. I have the insert DVD error . I use GOG version. I dont know what i did wrong tho.
For me, fade skip should be not allowed. FPS abusing also should be not allowed because its allow you to do truck ride skip per example. Changing FOV doesnt not make the game faster, so it should be allowed.
For General rules, once it made, i plan to made Velocity Meter mandatory for top 3 runs like every other cod games.
