Quick tip. one the library room (the one with the Ladder) It's better to Jump into it sideways as the +1 speed increase every 10 doors doesn't apply to jump height so it's a more controlled approach which will not fling you off

Edit: Open doors on the left side. this will help prevent you from hitting the landmine

4:26 Don't Jump into the ladder as that can potentially bounce you off making you lose distance. It's recommended to instead Let go of w When your near the ladder to decelerate (This is to prevent flinging which has a chance to kill a run) and then just climb it like normal because the walk speed increase also applies to climbing speed (Not exactly but you can see a clear difference)

4:39 you can jump on the ice cream cone to skip most of the room

5:50 I know I already talked about this room before but it's better to Start the room by going on the right side instead of going through the gap as you can keep speed for longer

Towards the end i noticed you were jumping into the doors (Probably due to nerves as This was the first time you ever got past Room 250) This lost you a TON Of time as your constantly slowing down and Makes the burger catch up quickly.

Overall this is an alright run. You can Definitely get 400 if you just work on your movement and implement the advice I gave you. Good luck 😁
