Is it normal that I don't have the level "Reprise" on the switch, and, if so, how can I run any%?

I don't know if anybody still runs this game but I'm going to ask this anyway. I started running all endings recently and I have a question about the timing. Is the overall timer a combination of all the different endings added together, or is it from pressing the first button in the first ending and the cutscene/screen fading to black on the last ending?

I wanted to see if there was a Farming Simulator 20 leaderboard and got my hopes up when I saw the 2011 and 2013 versions of the game only to find that they were it. Can anyone tell me why?

If you have any suggestions then please also tell me the category that would be right for me. Also, make sure that the run fit's within these requirements: The game's average run time is under 1hr and 30mins and it doesn't require a video or audio.
