1. At the end of the last cutscene just jump (or run) in to Ocean View Hotel
2. When the cutscene ends get out
3. KaBOOM! A few cars just drive past you! Take it and drive away to the next mission!

I fuck up this jump 4/5 times. I always jump in the same time (on words 'You know...') but sometimes it's doesnt work. If someone can explain me what the best time to jump then please help me.

So I done guys. I try to fix this problem today like 3 hours, yesterday 2 hours, all day before yesterday and last what i can do it's just reinstall Windows

Some bad news form me: today i turn on my computer and launch VC and again...25 fps! :D Now i try to change my resolution and windows themes, but it's doesn't help

Hmm, anyway in 1280x720 FPS in more stable (30 only), as 1920x1080 I have 29-30 FPS
