Edit 3: I will soon no longer be in charge of SCP series game additions. Join the linked Discord and post your game request in the suggestions channel.
Yeah, I'm assuming you were playing online, so it would be invalid anyway even if you had a video. A screenshot is not enough to tell whether or not the time was legitimate. There are probably some other things that would invalidate it too such as the server being modded, escaping as a scientist instead of a class-d, etc.
You just have to click "create anyway" and the server should start up.
This announcement was posted into the SCP Speedrunning Discord, but just in case you aren't in the loop, here is said announcement. The announcement is also slightly edited, so it's worth reading the addendum at the bottom if you have read the Discord announcement: With the new floor layout discovery, Scopophobia runs will now be split between Pre-10.2 and 10.2+. Top 3 10.2+ runs will have the unverified tag until runs that meet all of the top 3 verification requirements are verified. The top 3 verification requirements are as follows: Run must show the creation of the server or the round restarting Must show the seed of the run and show either the seed of the previous round or the next round. Runs that recreate the server must do the latter. Run must have audio Once there are enough top 3 runs, the verified tag will be removed. Any runs that are top 3 and do not meet the above requirements will be rejected from now on. *Top 3 set seed runs do not necessarily need to show the seed, but they must have game audio and should show the round restarting or creation of server.
Right click on the game in steam, select properties, select set launch options under general, and type -scs into the launch options. The option to create server will appear under the servers tab. There is also more information about the game in the Discord and people are much faster to answer your questions there. Alternatively, if you press ` to open the console, you can type "host nondedicated" which should give the prompt to start a local server.
