Gold goals sounds like it would be a fun run to do. I can get that added later. Also, I apologize for not accepting runs faster, I'm not on the computer much on the weekend. Oh yea, great question lol. Uhhh I suppose chapter 1 would end when chapter 2 appears on screen then? So a prologue would be when chapter 1 appears on screen? I'll edit the rules to reflect this if it sounds good.

What would probably be a good time for the timer to stop for the chapter categories? When the chapter label pops up on screen probably? Not 100% sure.

I'm not sure how low the time can get. With this route specifically and optimal play? probably sub 50 mins. But that's just a guess :D

I'm definitely open to suggestions. I think Silver cooksta would be quite fast, so I can add that category in easy. I did try and run the story to chapter 3 (duffs dream sequence). I did that like 3 times but found it quite tedious personally, since you don't have to do any cooking, and you spam through tons of Dialogue.

Yea no problem! I added an any% for the full game category, and swapped the gold cooksta rating run over to levels leaderboard, since I think that makes more sense. If there are any other categories you'd like to see, just let me know and I'll get them added <3

So the next thing is... I am the moderator for the game, and nobody has run a RTA in over a year except for me. With no ground rules set, and the only other RTA from over a year ago was on an emulator. So Its up to me I guess? Any suggestions

EDIT: Also, the game is Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance

Yea, so I'm using a gen 1 ps3, and playing a ps2 disc on it. So for the submission as a speedrun, it is not classified as an emulation in that case?

Alright, thanks :) I would imagine for PS1 it is an emulator as well, especially considering how poorly they run on the ps3(in my experience).

If you run PS2 or PS1 games on a PS3 console, is it classified as an emulation? I'm not sure exactly how a gen 1 PS3 console runs the older games.
