If you're referring to the WR times, on Patch 15b there was a bug with the Firestarter (red rocket launcher variant) that allowed you to create a layer of oil and then shoot it with the Malicious Railcannon to create a series of explosions. these explosions would kill the Leviathan basically as soon as it spawned. In the hotfix after, Patch 15c, it was removed from the game and is no longer possible unless you downpatch.
Although downpatching to run 5-4 of all levels is just boring -w-

Oil explosions were added in 15b and nerfed in 15c. In 15a you could use firestarter to have fire underwater.

on this patch, every oil voxel would explode and deal its damage too and thus big boom and big damage. now, enemies can only take dmg from 1 oil voxel explosion chain (i think its this, either this or a cooldown, theres basically no difference tho)
The Re-poll has arrived, many pointed out with the last poll we ran that the update would change a lot of the out of bounds clips and those should be re-done. Since then some different clips have been found and others have changed, even a new universal clip was found so we believe it's time to redo
