STEP 3 - REPLACE Save Files

Use the Save File inside the .rar

SAVE SLOTS

SAVE SLOT 1 = 100% - Main Game and DLCs

SAVE SLOT 2 = START OF Episode 2 - Tunnel Vision (cutscene)

SAVE SLOT 3 = START OF Episode 3 - Home Sweet Home (cutscene)

ALL LEVELS IN PARTY MODE

If you want to do a speedrun of the Main Game or Episode 1 - The Tree House or All Episodes, you have to delete a save slot. You can repeat the steps without downloading again.
