So the autospliiter works great, apart from one problem. Sometimes when I accidentally get a puzzle wrong, or right click to leave it, the autosplitter still counts that as a split. Then if I use my hotkey to undo the split, then actually complete the puzzle, it wont count that as a split. This also only happens on some puzzles, specifically all snipes, and only snipes. Which is bad because those are the easiest to mess up. Is this some weird bug, or is there something I can do to fix that?

That's actually an intentional feature of the autosplitter. It's to avoid people using the autosplitter to figure out whether they solved the snipe correctly. If you look in the autosplitter settings, there's an option that says "Unsplit when restarting a long-distance puzzle". If you check that, then it will automatically unsplit when you re-attempt a snipe and it'll properly split again when you're done with it.
