In Noodles' new run they posted, they were able to skip waiting for the car alarms to stop before interacting with the power switch.

to do this, simply hold left-click on the power switch WITHOUT LETTING GO until the car alarms have stopped. the game thinks you're still clicking the power even if you move away, so you'll be able to interact with the power from a distance.

So now for speedrunning, you don't have to wait for the alarms to stop before clicking on the power. you can just keep running toward the elevators without having to wait.

just keep holding onto left click, and you're good.
