Here are some splits that you can use to begin your runs. They cover a good majority of encounters and are clearly labeled. While they are labeled for Any%, they could work on Survivor or other categories as well.

This is a load remover designed by blegas78. It uses OBS and Livesplit as well as a few plugins in order to capture your game, scan it for when it is loading, and pauses accordingly. While it isn't an official timer, it is good in order to have splits and to compare times and sections accurately.
