This skip makes the Bathroom Locked Skip obselete if you go for it. 
**Note**: 1.02 or lower game version is required. 1.03 patched this skip.

It seems that there is a specific trigger inside the bathroom that once you cross it, the door closes and locks you in. If you time it well you can have time to walk out before it closes.

This means that you should, in theory, be able to wait at the CCTV (or even while watching, not tested yet though) until the ghost sounds starts to be audible. So you should save at least 5-10s or more for not having to walk the distance from the bathroom to the CCTV.

It seems that if you aim yourself away from the locker where he will scare you from, the camera will quickly pan over to him. I managed to spam Left Click and click on the CCTV, starting the option to watch it. 

I did afterwards look at him, which started the dialogue again. I'm not sure if you even can skip it, but I don't feel like playing up to that point just to test it again. It might be useful though.
