You know how you can do kingdoms without grabbing the multimoons? What if we have a catergory where you skip as many story moons as possible, you would also have to get as many moons as possible before grabbing the multimoon if you need to get the multimoon, but you have to put of the story moons until the very last moon(s) collected before having to grab them, so you would for example have to get in the Metro Kingdom, the shop moon, the iron plank moon, the moon inside the metal plank, the metal support beams parkour moon, and the city hall interior moon before fighting the Critter Boss.
You would still end up with as little moons as possible, but you can't do Rango in Lake Kingdom for example, as I am pretty sure there are enough moons to go onto the next kingdom anyway, would kind of work like an any% but you - getting any avoidable quick story moon moons.
You would still get like the bare minimum maybe(like you only need to get 2 before bowser's kingdom's first story moon), but you must get them before any story moon as possible.
we would maybe want to exclude the V 1.0.0 skip of Our First Moon, as that would be a bit uneven/would make the category not runnable for everyone without some people having to do a factory reset.
Without story moons, you'd only get 3 in Cascade. The only way to avoid this is to access the one of the cap doors in Cascade extremely early, which isn't possible at the moment.
Yeah which is why you do any moons that you can before getting the story moon, only if you have to get the story moon. So Cascade would probably stay the same as it would for any%
True. But first, we should maybe test out the category to see what the run may look like
